Leadership: A big confusion

I went into confusion after my 3 leadership training conflicted in thoughts and ideas. A Speaker said that each one of us our leaders, Yes I believe with that. Each one of us are leaders but how? in what way? The question asked can be answered by a simple question: WHo Told YoU?
Who told you top  wake up each day? who told you to eat? who told you to take a bath? who told you to stand?to walk?to sleep? NONE. No one did. because you did!Because the leader is in YOU. One of the thing conflicted in my mind is from a speaker from one of my attended leadership development program. He said: "Leadership-a sacred word.a holy word. where the title is only given for the deserving ones". I thought we are all LEAderS. We lead ourself,our community and our country. But why the hell he will say that only the deserving ones are entitled to have the word leader to himself?
