Summer Adventure: Mango Island-GUIMARAS

May 17,2011- I went off Guimaras for an awesome trip!
First Summer Adventure stop- Guimaras!
Guimaras has been known for its Sweet Mangoes.yup! It is so swweeett!

Guimaras is a few Kilometers away from Iloilo city

Nueva Valencia, The tourism capital of Guimaras. Best place for summer outing and special events. Just like Boracay, They have white sands and clear water. 

Mango Festival- Guimaras Mango.So sweet at its greenest!

Turtle rescue center
People of Guimaras said, every time Fisherman found Sea Turtles or Pawikan, they directly surrendered it to the turtle rescue center. The turtle rescue center then sometimes send it to Seafdec or Southeast Asian Fisheries Development for research and cure. Sometimes,the turtle rescue center free the rescued turtle after the medication or cure given. This is how Guimarasnons love their nature
